Ron's years of experience have allowed him to acquire an expert knowledge of the industry and have helped him to develop his vision of success. Through his strong sense of leadership, Ron promotes a team-working environment that recognizes the strengths of his individual team members and directs them, like a coach, towards providing the people from around the world with superior service and high quality pre-owned trucks.

Tony is co-owner of RJ's Trucks and Regional Fleet Service. Tony has thirty years of industry experience and is a Certified Appraiser (CPPA) and is a Truck & Coach Technician. As the buyer, Tony is constantly on the road ensuring that RJ's Trucks always has an extensive inventory to meet every customer's needs.

Jeanne is the Controller and Operations Manager for RJ Trucks. She brings more than 22 years experience in financial accounting. Jeanne has been an integral part of the company dealing with balancing and accountability in all facets of operations. Having been with Ron & Tony since the onset of the business, she has helped spearhead RJ Truck's progressive diversification and expansion of operations and services into a world class company. Offering excellent people skills, customers, employees and vendors will feel at ease discussing all financial and corporate matters. Accomplished many degrees in computer, finance and collection law. Jeanne continually updates her skill set to keep pace with today's industry

Tony is one of the professional sales representatives at RJ's Trucks. Tony has seven years of experience in the industry and is very knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest industry news and developments. Tony is a customer-oriented, friendly, motivated, and informative representative who believes in "letting the truck speak for itself."

Greg is the manager of RJ's Credit Services. Greg has 30 years of consumer-credit experience and has an in-depth knowledge of the entire financing spectrum. Greg was a past board member of the Credit Counseling Service of Windsor and also was a past member of the Contact Centre Committee in the K-W Chamber of Commerce. Greg is a very friendly, professional, and motivated individual who is dedicated to ensuring that each customer receive personalized in-house financing that meets their one-on-one credit requirements.
